We print using CMYK colours.  We do not use spot colour or pantone colour, if spot colours or pantone colours are supplied in artwork, we will automatically convert these to CMYK colours.  If you have preferred CMYK colours, please advise us of this at design stage.

Customers, please be aware that our printing runs are bulked up with multiple orders on every full colour run. Because of this there may be colour variations from run to run. Colours will always appear different when comparing print to screen. No reprints at our cost will be printed.

 

Accepting Proofs
When accepting artwork proofs, customers are held fully responsible for accepting all content. This includes design, spelling, grammar and numbers. It is the customers responsibility to request another proof if small text is difficult to read. We will print exactly what is accepted in the final proof.

 

Artwork
Customers who supply their own artwork are fully responsible for the end result of printing. Customers are reminded to submit print-ready artwork with the correct specifications (CMYK colour, minimum 300dpi, correct dimensions, 3mm bleed, fonts flattened or converted to outlines). In most cases, orders are delivered within two to three weeks of approval and once 50% payment is received.  Mister Magnets will not be held responsible for loss or damages due to printing being delivered after this time.  If you have a deadline to meet, and are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.

 

We ask that a 50% deposit be paid before we despatch your order with the balance due in 14 days of delivery.  This is unless otherwise agree to in writing.
